How Tella Skins shipping works
Tella Skins operates on a drop model. When preorders open, you place your order during the preorder window. All orders from a drop ship together on the stated ship date.

Where we ship from
All orders are fulfilled from our logistics partner in New Jersey, USA. Skins are produced in our Nairobi studio, then shipped to New Jersey for domestic fulfillment.

Order notifications
You will receive two shipping updates by email. The first when your skins leave our Nairobi studio, and the second with your individual tracking number once they arrive at our New Jersey facility and are dispatched to you.

Domestic delivery times
Delivery time from New Jersey depends on your location. Tracked ground shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Priority and express options are available for faster delivery.

Free shipping
Tracked US shipping is free on orders of 2 or more skins ($55 and over).
