Real skins, photographed on real laptops

Before Tella Skins, there was Laptop Skins Kenya. Since 2019 our Nairobi team has made thousands of skins for customers, and these are some of our favourites, photographed on real laptops in real homes and offices.

Every design below can be made again for your exact Lenovo ThinkPad, printed to order in crystal-textured PVC with a matte finish or smooth glossy PVC.

Lenovo ThinkPad laptop skins

Lenovo ThinkPad skins for E, T, X1, X13 and L series

The ThinkPad is the classic work laptop, and most of them look exactly alike. A Tella Skins ThinkPad skin makes yours recognisable while protecting the lid, every key, the trackpad and the palm rest.

It peels off clean for when a work laptop goes back. We cut for 30 ThinkPad models, including the E14, T14, T14s, T16 and X1 Carbon.

Safe for company laptops

Personalise a work ThinkPad and remove the skin cleanly, without residue, when you return it.

Scratch and scuff protection

The skin takes the everyday scratches and scuffs from bags, desks and keys, so your laptop's surface doesn't.

Peels off clean

The adhesive removes cleanly, without residue or damage, when you want a new design or need to return or sell the laptop.

Easy to live with

Wipe it with a damp cloth or a microfiber cloth to keep it clean. Most people apply the whole skin in about 15 minutes.

How to choose your Lenovo ThinkPad skin

  1. Look at the label under your laptop for the model name and type, for example ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 or Yoga Slim 7 14IAL7.
  2. In Windows you can also open Settings, then System, then About.
  3. Match the generation or code in the dropdown, since each one is cut separately.
  4. Need help? See Find Your Model.

Models we cut for: ThinkPad E14 (2020 to Gen 7), E15 Gen 2 and 4, T14 (2020 to Gen 5), T14s Gen 1 to Gen 6, T16 Gen 1 and 2, T490, T490s, X1 Carbon Gen 6 to Gen 13, X1 Yoga Gen 4 and 6, X13 Gen 1, L14 Gen 2 and L15 Gen 1.

Lenovo ThinkPad Skins: common questions

Will this skin fit my exact Lenovo ThinkPad?

Yes. Choose your model from the dropdown on the product page and we cut the lid, every key, the trackpad and the palm rest to that model's dimensions. For Lenovo, the generation (Gen 3, Gen 4) or model code (14IAL7) decides the cut, so match it to your label.

Does a Lenovo ThinkPad skin protect against scratches?

Yes. The skin takes the everyday scratches and scuffs, so your laptop doesn't. When you peel it off, it comes away clean, without residue.

Which X1 Carbon generation do I have?

The generation is printed on the label under the laptop. Gen 7 and Gen 8 share one cut; every other X1 Carbon generation has its own option.
