  3. Match both the series and the generation or suffix in the dropdown, since they change the cut.

HP Envy Skins: common questions

Will this skin fit my exact HP Envy?

Yes. Choose your model from the dropdown on the product page and we cut the lid, every key, the trackpad and the palm rest to that model's dimensions. For HP, the series letters and generation (for example 13-aw or G8) decide the cut, so match them to your label.

Does an HP Envy skin protect against scratches?

Yes. The skin takes the everyday scratches and scuffs, so your laptop doesn't. When you peel it off, it comes away clean, without residue.

My Envy is an x360. Is that a different skin?

Yes. x360 convertibles are listed separately from the standard Envy notebooks, so pick the option that includes x360 if your laptop folds into a tablet.
