Every Tella Skin is custom-cut for your exact laptop model. Because of that, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been applied. But we are not going to leave you stuck.

If your skin arrives damaged

Contact us with a photo and we will send a replacement in our next production run at no charge. No forms, no hassle.

If you mess up the installation

It happens. Reach out and we will include a free replacement skin in our next production run. You will need to wait for the next batch, but it will not cost you anything. Our Application Guide walks you through the process step by step if you want to prepare before your replacement arrives.

If it does not fit your laptop

Double-check the model you selected at checkout matches the sticker on the bottom of your laptop. Not sure which model you have? Use our Find Your Model guide. If we cut it wrong, that is on us and we will replace it. If the wrong model was selected, we will work with you to make it right.

Tella Skins are made in small batches. Replacements ship with our next production run rather than individually, which is how we keep this guarantee free for you.
